Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat
Presenting the freshest crustaceans in twelve different flavours that promise to whet appetites, including an even tastier rendition of his Signature Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot with a deliciously creamy golden-yellow gravy.
Chef Low also introduces his mouth-watering Baby Crab Salad with Green Mango and new flavours such as Steamed Marinated Spicy Crab with Light Sauce, Stir-fried Crab with Jalapeno and Fermented Black Beans, Stewed Kimchi Crab and Wok-fried Crab with Garlic and Scallion.
In addition, diners can feast on all-time favourites like Salted Egg Yolk and Butter Crab, Braised Bee-hoon Crab, Stir-Fried Crab in Asian Spices and local classics such as Authentic Singapore Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab.
