Bear Bites originated from Fengjia night market (逢甲夜市) in Taiwan, was started by the founder (Mr Avery) in 2010. Mr Avery got his inspiration during his holiday in Japan to create this unique burger. The Bear Paw Burger is a combination of the Taiwanese steamed bun with Japanese food.

With a short period of 3 years, there are more than 10 branches across Taiwan today and proven to be a success story.

Alumni Cereal Fried Rice
Unique & Tasty Dish

This is the first time I am trying Cereal Fried Rice which was a rather interesting and special experience especially when the only dish that I have ever come across that contains cereals is none other than the dish called "Fried Prawns with Cereals" which in Chinese we call it 麦片虾.

It contains a generous amount of seafood and cereal which makes the entire Fried Rice tasty and delicious and it only cost you about $4.50.

It is something worth trying if you happen to be near SIM or Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Ate this amazing chicken rice at MapleTree Business City during my lunch break and felt that it was worth the money. The Rice itself has an authentic "Chicken Aroma" which means it was cooked sufficiently with the broth of the chicken.

The Chicken is tender and scrumptiously nice. For $15.00, I felt that the "Half Chicken" that William Tan and I bought was worthwhile. The Rice cost $0.60 per bowl.

The vegetables was worth the price as it is the best accompaniment for Chicken Rice and it is relatively cheaper than other stores that price this plate of vegetables at a cost of $3.00.

Do Come Visit this Place to Not Only Enjoy The View
But also to try to Affordable & Scrumptious Chicken Rice

This is the fried rice that I would never fail to eat whenever I am at Maxwell Food Centre/Hawker Centre because of its rich aromatic taste that makes it so savoury and delectable.

Relishing this dish makes you feel like you are at home literally, as he has this authenticity in cooking a meal that somehow just consist of that "Homely Taste."

Even my friend who ate that Fried Rice also commented that it was worth it to come all the way to Maxwell just to eat this amazing Fried Rice.

Sambal Prawn with Fried Egg

We were eager to try something out of the ordinary since my best friend, William and I usually patronize this particular store at Maxwell Food Centre just to get our taste buds tickling with the amazing chilli "Yang Zhou" fried rice that the uncle cooks.

He cooks one of the best fried rice as to me its basically very "Authentic" and special as the taste and aroma with every bite gives me the nostalgia feel which is a similar feeling to what I would feel when I am eating a home-cooked meal.

This Sambal Fried Egg with Prawn was a random mix which was not shown on the menu as he mentioned to us on one of our visit to the store that he could cook anything as long as he has the ingredients to do so.

Thus, we wanted to test his skills but to our astonishment, this dish was seriously very delectable and tasty.

Do not Judge a store by its Queue

Sometimes we never know how good and tasty the food is until we try it.

No queue does not mean the food taste awful but instead if we think of it in a positive and optimistic way, it is basically because no one has ever tried that amazing store because we are obsess in judging the food store just based on the length of the queue.

In this movie Mike & Sulley expressed the greatest value of life which is the "Perseverance" in achieving the impossibles by optimistically fighting for their goals.

Things never come easy in life but in this show it portray our lives in their shoes by experiencing a whole new "University Experience" that everyone dreads for instead of the old school education that everyone has to go through.
